OBJECTIVES Trazlbat will: - Identify those activities and aspects that have significant environmental impact and eliminate or reduce the risks of any such impact.
- Continually improve its environmental performance by maximizing the efficient use of resources, preventing pollution and minimizing waste.
- Implement a systematic approach to setting and achieving environmental objectives and targets.
- Provide appropriate training, supervision and information to all employees and contractors facilitate the performance of their duties in environmentally responsible manner.
- Minimize waste by putting the 3 R rules (reduce, reuse and recycle)into practice.
- Regularly consult with the workers, contractors and their representatives on relevant environmental issues.
- Keep relevant records in relation to workplace environmental management system.
- Report and document,, investigate and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions for all environmental accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Monitor this policy on regular basis and revise in the light of legislative, best practice or organisational changes. Communicate to all employees, associates and interested parties.
