The Quality Management Systems policy of Trazlbat Pty Ltd is to achieve customer satisfaction by supplying Quality, Safe, Healthy & Environmental friendly products and services in accordance with their expectations and within the boundary conditions of legal and standard requirements. We are committed to continuous improvement of our quality management systems in compliance with the all Standards and Legal requirements.
It is the policy of the company to establish, communicate, implement, review, and maintain an effective quality system that can ensure reliability and maintain cost effectiveness and contribute to growth. We will ensure consistency in the goods and services we provide by:
- compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, in particular having well-defined, appropriate and approved procedures which are understood and used by all staff,
- possession of modern reliable and well maintained plant and facilities, and
- having measurements in place to ensure the performance of our processes are maintained.
We will continuously drive for improvement, with involvement of all workers / suppliers/ contractors / business associates through:
- ongoing analysis and review of client needs to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded,
- providing appropriate training to all staff and workers based on continuous training need assessment.
- effective utilisation of measurement and data collection and analysis methodologies,
- use of appropriate and effective technology and work processes,
- establishment of an effective consultation and communication process with the aim of ensuring that all workers and staff are involved and encouraged to provide positive input for continual improvement of the Quality Management Systems.
In support of the foregoing our primary corporate objectives which shall be measurable, are to:
- grow the business in a sustainable fashion year by year,
- continuously improve our processes and procedures,
- put focus on customer satisfaction and employee relationships to ensure growth.,
This Quality Policy shall be reviewed each year to ensure relevance and suitability.
Management will ensure this policy is communicated and understood within the organisation and accessible to external interested parties.
